Good afternoon everyone,
In getting started with makemvk on Nabara linux.
From what I can tell I may have bought the wrong Blue-ray drive. Pioneer External Blu-ray Drive BDR-XS07S https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BN66K5K9
Is there a way to flash the drive to use it or would it be best to return it and get a more compatible model?
If I need to return it, is there a recommended model that just works I could pick up?
Thanks so much in advance!

Re: MakeMVK Linux Newbie
Hi, I have been all over the web for the last two weeks, trying to find out about Blu-Ray on Linux. I don't think it's your Blu-Ray drive that's the problem. It appears to have to do with codes and copyrights.
Here are a couple of links just to give you an idea:

I'm still not quite sure what I can trust regards istallation advice, that's why I ended up here on MakeMKV. But it looks like MakeMKV is not that straight forward either.
Being a Linux Newby is a tough station. I have been a Linux USER for over ten years now and I'm still struggling. That's what principles are for
