When I try to run `apt install ...` I get the following error:

libkdecorations2-5v5 : Breaks: kwin-style-breeze (< 4:5.26.70) but 4:5.20.5-4 is to be installed

Of course this prevents the other applications from being updated. Libkdecorations is not one of the apps specifically requested, so clearly this is an unmet dependency, but I do not know from which app. My guess would be perhaps libc6-dev or libav-codec-dev. How should I proceed?

Actually, it is qtbase5-dev that has unmet dependencies.

I can make the bin package, but I cannot configure the oss package

Installing libkdecorations2-5v5 solved the issue
