Is it possible to start the manual mode by command line

Hello,
I have a disc where one of the titles has "Cells 2-14 removed from title end". I know that if I use manual mode I can force makemkv to copy this title with all of the cells, but I am using makemkvcon (I am running Ubuntu without user environment, command line only.). Is there a way to enable manual mode via the command line?
