Check which version of MakeMKV is installed

I'm running MakeMKV on a minimal Ubuntu Linux install and don't have a GUI. Is there a way I can check to see what version (i.e. 1.5.4) of MakeMKV my system is running from the terminal? Thanks.

makemkvcon info should do it.

I have the same question. How can i find out what version of makemkv I have and how can I get a updated version if needed. I did not understand the 1 reply to this original question and need it answered again please.

If you launch the MakeMKV GUI on any platform, it prints the version of MakeMKV on the first line of the log at the bottom of the window.
