Which filesystem should I use for mounting?

Post by pumkinut » Sun Feb 07, 2010 8:00 pm

So I've installed MakeMKV (1.4.12) on my XBMCLive thumbdrive along with a script that invokes MakeMKV and streams the disk to XBMC. The install of both MakeMKV and the associated script went fine. I thought I was good until I tried the script for the first time. I then found out my USB BD drive was not mounted in XBMC (Ubuntu 9.10). Since I've never had to mount a BD disk before, I'm not sure what filesystem I should put in my mount command. Is it ISO9660, UDF, something else? I'm not sure.

It is UDF 2.5 , but you don't need to mount it. MakeMKV access drive directly and has a built-in UDF parser.
