Upgrading from BETA to full paid version

I'm new to MakeMKV and Linux. I recently purchased the full version of MakeMKV in Windows and got a registration key that works just fine. I have two questions:

1. Does that same registration key apply to Linux?
2. The reason I ask is because when installed MakeMKV in Linux Mint 22, it was accepted but my window still says BETA. How do I change that?

Your key is good for the Windows, Linux, and Mac version of MakeMKV. Even after MakeMKV is set to use your permanent key, the window will still say BETA. Mine has been that way for many years.
