Transfering license to new pc

I have a new pc. How can i transfert my license from my old pc to my new pc

Must i just copy the directory .Makemkv from my old pc to the new one
or is there another procedure ?

On the old PC, open MakeMKV & access Help > Register. Highlight/copy the key, paste it in a text file & make it available to the new PC.

On the new PC, open MakeMKV & access Help > Register. Paste the key. Restart MakeMKV.
