The ebuild here http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=8270 works as long as the file is saved as makemkv-1.8.14.ebuild
Gentoo just now added 1.8.13 to the tree so if you want it in a overlay leave a comment and I'll add it to my github overlay
