Is FLAC 24bit used on bly-rays
Is FLAC 24bit used on bly-rays, I am asking this because I want to build MakeMkv for debian (OpenMediaVault). and I am unsure if I need the full mmffmpeg and also how to include it if I have to use it.

Re: Is FLAC 24bit used on bly-rays
1) FLAC is not used on Blu-ray
2) you only need mmffmpeg if you want to convert Blu-ray audio to FLAC or PCM
So as long as you're OK preserving the source's DTS-HD/TrueHD/LPCM audio, mmffmpeg is irrelevant.

Also, most audio on blu-rays is 16-bit, but in 24-bit container.
