Makemkv does not start after CD-ROM search

Hello!
I wanted to test Makemkv again after a long time and had deleted all files. Also the folder .Makemkv in the home directory.
After I reinstalled it, it tried to search for drives and got stuck there. No matter how long you wait.

This happens with the flathub and the compiled version.

I am using Linux EndeavorOs

Makemkv 1.17.9 [linux (x64release)]
GUI Version : v1.17.9 [for x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu]
Drive: Pioneer-BD-RW BDR-S13U

Makemkv is shown as Makemkv BETA and I don't know what is wrong here.
is going wrong.

Who can help me here.

1.17.9 and 1.17.8 are bugged, try 1.17.7/1.17.6. Sadly I don't know where to download it :-/.
