Linux command line options + debugging?

#1 Post by henryjfry » Sat Sep 03, 2022 12:40 pm

What are the command line options for Linux?

How do you enable debugging in linux?

Where is the debug log output when you have debugging enabled?

Does this log get produced for decryption only as that's all I want makemkv for?

How can I get information about the default title (like the GUI might display) from the commandine?

The faq link I've seen in one of the mods signatures which would appear to cover some of this information appears no longer functional

And the Linux documentation for this surprisingly expensive program is spectacularly unhelpful and/or non existant

I wrote a man page for it if that helps - https://bluray.beandog.org/makemkv/man/makemkvcon.html

Also, it's free while in beta, you don't need to be paying for it.
