Multi Audio remove

Hello

is it Possible To strip unwanted Subtitles and audio from the mkv before the creation ?

e.g if i only want Audio B and not Audio A or C ...D ...And so...

I'm Trying to rip Quantum Of Solace wich has 5 (in words Five) Audio Languages and i.Robot has 3 Audio Languages

if it would be possible to strip the unwanted audio it would result in much smaller MKV file
