Why does makemkvcon read files of other programs?

if you do not belive me run:
strace makemkvcon $params_to_rip_dvd 2>&1| grep /home/$youruser | less

And please do not delete the post again but answer it. You can delete it here but not in all the places i gonna ask people what they think about your program reading extraneous configs. So here is your opportunity to save your reputation:)
With reading configfiles you did not create and similar behavior you make people inspect your binaries more than you want to.

Yes it opens ~/.mc folder. It never reads any file created by mc or other software in this folder. As indicated in your other post you perfectly know why the program does it.
