Problem with command line

I have a problem
the beta evaluation don't work in command line
in GUI mode it's work but in command line it's don't work :

It's a bug in 1.5.2 , please see http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1147 . You'll have to wait for 1.5.3 for a few days.

p.s. On doom9 you mentioned problems with forum registration, I take it was just a glitch?
