and makemkv beta 1.6.12 not response but I see the mkv file is increasing then file deleted.

Please do this - http://www.makemkv.com/faq/item/8/catid/6 . Make sure to include all cvlpi/mpls and the full log file (one that was saved to file by MakeMKV).
