Detective Pikachu 2019

Everytime that I rip Detective Pikachu there seems to be an error in ripping the 3D track. Even though the 3D track appears to be ripped, the MKV file cannot be played back in 3D, and using the flile with 3DMK3D gives me a tsMuxeR error. The disc itself plays perfectly in 3D on my PS3 and even on Power DVD in my PC. I have ripped other discs and none have given me a file like this, although I have not ripped a disc newer than 2018, say for this one.
UPDATE: I got a replacement disk from Amazon and the same thing happened. Is it safe to assume that disk has some kind of authoring error?
