hi all, i've been trying to back up The Hobbit 3 in 3D for a while but no success. it has 3 files the same, i've tried everyone but have the same error, ive also tried different programs but still no joy.
i've just update to the latest version and same error. has anyone over come this?

Most likely cause is a "dirty" disk.

I can't get disc one of the first hobbit to rip, so it must be something with these discs.

No problems with mine, I ripped Five Armies blu-ray 2D (theatrical & extended) & 3D (extended only) with no errors.

As above, you can try cleaning the disc, or try it in a different drive, or if all else fails you may need to replace it?
