problem creating MVC 3D MKV

Although creating MVC 3d MKVs has been generally reliable, I am having a problem with one title, the French version of Journey to the Center of the Earth (ISO).

Here is the bug report:

Any ideas on how to get around these errors?

The video stream is corrupt. Firstly, please make a full disc backup with MakeMKV and see if any hashcheck errors show up. Then please produce a test dump per instructions at /onlinehelp/testdump.html

I did a full disc backup and did not encounter any hashcheck errors. I sent you a link for the testdump.
