What SPECIFIC problem(s) are YOU having with your original, commercial Blu-ray disc?

Its fails to back up, comes up with errors

"Just crashes" when you put this disk in, or when you start the application?

You've been very vague about a lot of things. Mac? Windows? Just this disk? All BDs? All DVDs?

You'd think you had Windows for Cars, where there's just a big red GENERAL CAR FAULT light on the dash for everything.... ;)

It crashes when i try to do the back up on Windows.

Just this disk, never had any problems with any other discs.
