Unable to remux a ISO image 3D bluray

hi there,

using the latest version of makemkv. i have an iso image of full bluray 3D disk
i want to remux it to mkv. just the main movie. the thing is that i get in the end a 2-d version. not 3d
what am i doing wrong?

And yes I have vlc (win 7) other MKV files I downloaded that are 3d
When I open then in VLC I see double picture

If this track isn't selected, you won't have the 3D video track in your MKV file. Depending upon your default selection rule, it may or may not be selected.
