I have a cinema setup with active shutter glasses using 1.4a hdmi.
I use power dvd ultra 10.
with blu-ray 3D it works fine but with mkv rip of a 3D film PDVD10 treats it as a 2D film and trys to convert it to 3D which is obviously poor.
I am guessing there is some trick to this I am missing or perhaps I need PDVD12 or a different player.
I prefer to keep to PDVD as the sound processing with that program I have found is amazing.
can anyone help.
If I have to use .iso for the few 3D films I have then be it as its not a big issue but I hate having something beat me that I know is doable.
Update: I am refering to full frame packing, I think mkv can do side by side but I would like full frame packing
