main feature skipped on custom 3D blu-ray folder
I have a custom blu-ray folder (BDMV + CERTIFICATE) that I'm trying to use MakeMKV with, but MakeMKV doesn't seem to see the main feature. It's a 3D blu-ray. There's also a couple extras and it doesn't see those either. It lists lots of titles as skipped. It lists several titles but most are under 1MB. I have it set to skip titles under 1 second so it shouldn't be skipping all these titles. Could it be a structure problem with the disc? The folder plays in my mede8er player and it plays in 3D so I know the title is there. How can I get MakeMKV to read this folder and see all the titles? Normally I don't have any issue with MakeMKV but this one is giving me a hard time.
Re: main feature skipped on custom 3D blu-ray folder
Turn on debug logging (see FAQ link in my signature) and give us something to work with. Send the log and the files asked for to support@makemkv.com so that Mike sees them sooner, but also put the log in a message here (as text inside a "code" block... there's a button for that on the editor, rather than an attachment) so that others might be able to see what the problem is.

Okay, I followed your instructions and sent the email as instructed with the requested files and the debug file. I'm posting the debug file here also:
The disc is an ISO image, mounted in Daemon tools.

Re: main feature skipped on custom 3D blu-ray folder
Any update on this issue? There must be a reason why this disc (and a couple others like it) won't read properly in Makemkv.
Re: main feature skipped on custom 3D blu-ray folder
I never got any response, not did I get an email about this issue. ?

Try following these instructions:
/onlinehelp/testdump.html
But enter *NOFILTER* instead of *TESTDUMP* and see if that helps. If it doesn't then there's nothing the current version of MakeMKV can do about it and you'll need to use alternate tools.
