Avatar 3D - No FUTs were obtained error

Running latest version of MakeMKV (1.8.6)

When loading the Avatar 3D disc MakeMKV gives me the following popup error: "BD+ code processed but no FUTs were obtained, errors may follow".

It then completes loading the disc and presents me with 1 title to choose which appears to contain the full movie (36 chapters) and has the MVC track for 3D and DTS-HD audio.

I select the MVC track and DTS-HD audio as per usual and it starts to rip, but when it gets to around 700 MB ripped it stops and tells me it's complete and that the rip failed.

Other discs are ripping fine so it's not the drive or MakeMKV per se. It's specific to this brand new Avatar 3D disc.

The disc is marked as the "Limited 3D Edition" and comes with a DVD and Blu-Ray version in the package. Region indicates A/B/C on the back and runtime is 162 minutes.

What does it mean by: "no FUTs were obtained" ?

Just tried ripping this again and still getting the same error.

Please update the SVQ library to resolve this so I can rip this disc.
