The Marvels (2023) BluRay won't rip

I've attempted to rip 2 different discs on 4 different BD drives and always get a failure on the feature film movie on the disc.

Neither disc appeared damaged. Both Discs & a PC drive were cleaned.

Any suggestions?

Generally speaking, MakeMKV gives error messages when it cannot rip a disk. It also generally creates files to use for resolving the issue. Are we allowed to know this, or are we to simply guess at why yours failed?

Reading from the log, I see:

The offset is likely a problem area on the disk, which could be because of a smudge, scratch, or something making it give invalid data when read.

Another possibility is that the drive was spinning too fast for the power available, which can happen on USB-powered drives. In such cases, the offset will change with different runs.

Internal drives usually do not have power issues (one hopes!), so the offset should not move about. Smudge is more likely, so cleaning the disk should help. Remember to use a non-scratching cloth, and wipe radially (not around, but across) to minimize scratches.
