PLEASE HELP UHD 4K Ripper Drives

Please help... I have been in communication with TwoGuyz trying to get information on availability or FLASHING of OR Purchasing of compatible drives for UHD 4K ripping.
I currently have an ASUS Product: BW-16D1X-U, in other words, Firmware name: PIONEER BDR-209. Can this be FLASHED??? If NOT then can someone recommend a CURRENT DRIVE for purchase that will handle the ripping of UHD 4K discs?

If you'd read the topics about drives, you'd know about the firmware date issue, and what date was when Pioneer screwed people (December 2022 and later). If the drive has an older firmware, you'd have found links to where to get the proper firmware to fix it.

Woodstock... so it CAN'T be flashed? Even though (and I don't know where to locate this) it hasn't been flashed before, in other words stock... or did they kill it back then?
Just want to find a drive is all!

The key is the firmware date. If it has older firmware, it can be flashed. Post-12/2022 firmware, it cannot. Billy can help with old firmware.
