Looking for advice for UHD drives in Russia

Hello! I'm planning to buy UHD official/friendly drive in future (maybe in October). Which drives and enclosures (for internal ones) can you recommend to buy in Russia, if you have such experience? Or do you know some seller who are able to sell and deliver them to Russia?
