Alex is a great seller, knowledgeable, and highly recommended.
I prefer the ASUS drives in the OWC enclosure (Mac guy) and bought one back in March, plus another two in the last few days (March one is still going strong with no issues). Drives are packaged well for shipment and all work great out of the box, any read issues are always disc-related.
I can attest that Alex's email/procedures hasn't changed and still has the same great service as from March.
PS - Make sure you support the awesome MakeMKV dev by getting a license as well!

Thanks guys! Not to get too sappy but I swear I've met some of the finest people on Earth as a result of this hobby. Blows my mind how cool you guys are! It's why I've no problem sending a drive out and setting up afterwards. Everyone's a mature adult and makes doing business easy....

Just wanted to update everyone on how my drive has been doing since I bought one from Alex a bit ago.
So far every disc (HD and UHD) has worked flawlessly. Greatest showman, the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings Trilogy (both in 4k) and some previous non-4k Blurays I wasn't able to rip on my old drive, all work GREAT on the drive I got from Alex.
After dialing in my handbrake settings with 265, the file sizes are smaller than 264 without noticing any dip in quality.
Streaming all my media through Plex and working great.
Great seller, great drive.

Another happy customer here. Ordered a LG BU40N with a Vantec enclosure before Xmas and it arrived safe and sound in Australia a couple of weeks later. Has been working flawlessly so far. Alex is a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended.
