He packaged the drive itself so that it was very safe for shipping, provided tracking information along with screenshots showing the before and after, plus copies of the relevant firmware for my specific model (LG WH16NS60 OEM). He also followed up with me to make sure I received what I asked for, which I did, and I am pleased with the device's performance and capabilities.
