I think he is just working through the orders. Mine has a label printed it looks like, just waiting for it to ship. He has been responsive to emails!

Drive arrived safely, tested it briefly and everything seems to work correctly. Thanks Billy!
I thought he was still testing the firmware? Are they available to buy now?
Yes, check the original post in this thread. You will need to email Billy to place your order.

They are, he announced it a few posts ago. Driver works fine on linux and seems to do anything I want it to, but I did have trouble getting windows to do anything, windows says libredrive possible not enabled, but linux says enabled. Same machine, same software stack as far as BD is concerned. It did say the same on linux at first, but corrected itself shortly after.

Is this a known issue? The only meaningful difference I can think of is that I threw a trial key at makemkv on windows instead of the key I purchased out of laziness, but it's up to date and afaik there's no meaningful difference between trial keys and full ones other than expiration and old application versions not working. It's not a big deal, most of my use will be on linux, but it'd be nice to have some idea why that might be. I have a dump if that'd be helpful.

You would have to update SDF.bin manually on windows. Download it and put it in the MakeMKV data directory,
Cheers :D
