Hi asmcom,

I'm very new to all of this, but I'd like to order a drive. I tried clicking the link to your site but it won't load. I see you're also in hospital, so I hope everything's alright!

I would also like to order a drive. For US customers there does not appear to be any more options left unless you want to take the gamble on Pioneer drives you get being flashable.

Yes, US folks are kinda SOL. I cannot get a WP50 flashed, and there does not seem to be much info on it. I was going to return it and buy something here, but not sure that is an option either...

If you really want one now, use a shipping forwarder. I'm waiting for Billy's shipment. I think one of his posts might have said something about being willing to swap drives, once he has more?

The WP50 is the same as the BP50. Just ensure it is SVC NB52 and not NB72. Both the Ultimate Guide 2025 and the SDFtool Flasher thread have instructions on how to flash these.
Cheers :D

Where exactly is the "ultimate Guide 2025"? I se a post labeled this, but I followed what instructions there are in the post to no avail. Are there more thorough instructions somewhere?

SDFtool Flasher thread. just follow the instructions for BP50NB40 SVC NB52. There's even a gif!

Would it be possible to get a link to the info you believe is right? I am not really being lazy, but I have read some conflicting information, and the thread you referenced has 1,420 posts. I really appreciate the help, thanks!

Believe it's right, lol :D It is right! I wrote it and have done it a thousand times!!

It's always the first post! First post of the SDFtool Flasher thread and the first post of the Ultimate Drive flashing Guide 2025.
Cheers :D
