HI Tom dont worry you if you have them before the date posted i still honor the warranty's
and either way you still have warranty with pioneer.
there were just way to many doa Vantec's for me to deal with causing false exchanges costing you and us alot of money on shipping.

Billy, just wondering, do you have any experience with the Pioneer external enclosure? It looks really nice ascetically.
Just wondering if any of your BDR-X13U-X drives came with them?

but i can confirm the new one does not fit pioneers with out slotting the holes or bending them i had a old one too where it barley sticks out
the new pcb in the back is bigger so drive cant slide back more

Is there any technical advantage to having the newer OWC enclosure (new PCB) or are they functionally the same?
Ok, I was having a hard time with getting the sdf tool to open on my mac with no solution with this forum, and reading other areas about the issue I was having with my mac not liking that one file (My mac mini has been special not like other mac users on this forum). Well I have to say that I put my trust in Billy to provide me a solution, and he delivered. I ordered the top pioneer drive and it is worth the money. It was delayed getting to me due to the weather here in Texas and across the nation, just like the price the wait was worth it. I have been able to rip 4 movies in about 2.5 hours, one 4k, and 3 blu. So, if you need a solution, or this is your first time like mine Billy is the man to contact. Having the drive pre-flashed and having to order the housing for it was well worth it; especially when it comes to avoiding headaches and wasted hours of crazy research.
Billy, thank you Sir, your time working with me, and providing this solution is very much appreciated. Hook-Em
Not having much luck with a reply via email… so figured I’d try here.
Any UHD drive solutions for Apple? A USB-A or C?
I answered all my emails I was driving last night for about 6hr so that's why your email was not answered until now but still under 24hr is a good email response time...
