How do I force a drive to dump its firmware?

I have a drive that is apparently a "sample" for a UD04tbd from Pioneer and thus its firmware is lower than the regular UD04tbd which causes the drive to be "possible" in MakeMKV instead of just working.
Can anyone help me with forcing it to dump its firmware as it looks like MakeMKV isn't doing it.
@Blackened2687 I heard you could help with this perhaps?

It is already UHD, at least the non-sample one is, it just needs to be approved which requires a firmware dump
To be clear, the non-sample drives are the same drives with a newer update and those are already approved
