BD-RW BDR-S13JX

My BD-RW BDR-S13JX Pioneer drive's motor, after a few months of being in storage, is dead. This is the second drive I have bought from Pioneer, assuming since it wasn't cheap, that it would last me a long time, but I've only had this one for about a year.
I wanted to ask, is there a drive known to last a while but still can rip UHD Blurays / Normal Blurays? Thank you for your time.
