Can someone give me some info or help on an issue I'm having with this drive.
It is connected internally to the motherboard on a self built windows 11 PC, new parts last year.
It works perfectly fine and reads any disc I put in it, and then It will decide to not see any disc at all, my other drive the BH16NS55 also connected internally has never had this issue, If I remove the driver and restart the PC it works for a while, then not.
Any ideas?

Sometimes LG drives can get themselves a little confused. This is when they won't read any discs. Just turn of power to the drive for a minute or so before powering it back up. If the drive is connected internally, shut down the PC for a couple of minutes and the drive should reset itself.
