is the VERBATIM External Slimline Blu-ray-Writer (023942438885) capable of LibreDrive?

Yes. The newer ones contain a LG BU40N but all also if still equipped with Pioneer drives can / must be flashed.

I got it runnning with the 1.03 firmware.
Just I'm dealing with an error message. See attachment.
What does it mean?

Running with BU40N 1.03 or 1.03MK?
But a view to the error message would be helpfull.
