Is my Asus BW-16D1HT flashable?

Is the drive info pulled from MakeMKV that says it's possible reliable here, or do I need to pull the drive and read the manufacture date? I bought this drive in the second half of 2016. From what I understand if I flash a drive that's too old I'll brick it, at least without heroic efforts to restore. Not even sure I want to rip my UHDs but would be nice to have the option since I already own the drive.
