How to flash BDR-XS07TS with 1.01

I bought an Pioneer BDR-XS07TS with Firmware 1.01.
I want to use it for UHD with makemkv and with DVDFab.

Could anybody help me to flash it or send me a direction how to do it?
This drive is small and perfekt for my desksetup so I would love to use it mith my Mac.

I wouldn't get an inferior drive just for dvdfab the pioneers are way better just use makemkv or anydvd
