I have 2 new drives and purchased the Flash tool single drive flasher for both. Neither are seen and I get " Unable to find yourMakeMKV installation". Any suggestions would help. I was able to flash with the SDFtool but still no joy. I have included screen shots.

I've emailed you already about this. I assumed it was sorted as I never heard back from you.

Can you confirm:

1. You are running Windows 10 or 11 (64 bit)
2. You are NOT using a VM
3. You installed MakeMKV in the default directory (which is C:\Program Files (x86)\MakeMKV)

Also, how are your drives connected to your PC? What enclosures or adapters are you using?
