Hello everyone,
Hope this message finds you well. I bought a Blu-Ray drive that supports UHD in late 2022. I've never had a chance to use the Blu-Ray portion of the drive, until now. And I find that when working with standard Blu-Ray disks, the read speed is very slow. Also, I'm encountering an error while working with a UHD disk. The exact log data I'm pasting below for your reference.
My questions are:
1. Did I waste money 3 years ago by buiying this drive? (I hope not!)
2. What should I do in order to unlock this drive?

Thank you for answering my questions. I'll also email Mike and give him any files he might need. I've gotten in touch with him, too. Hopefully this will move something forward.
I only have one blu-ray / ultra blu-ray disk, so I'll wait for his updates instead of buying a drive exclusively to get the Dolbe Atmos audio file, for example.
