Just bought a drive, now it doesn't read my disks

Its a asus bw-16d1ht, I ripped two 4ks last night no problems. This morning it doesn't read any disks, 4ks,blurays,dvds nothing any tips?

shut it down for a min should work after that

I've unplugged it shut it down and tried a different computer, nothing.
