Drive dissapears in Windows after ejecting and inserting another disc

I currently use a Pioneer BDR-211UBK and on Makemkv 1.17.1 after putting in a disc ejecting and inserting a new disc the drive dissapears completely in windows Explorer and im not sure what the issue is. Any idea whats going on? the drive is internal so i have to unplug and replug the drive in order for it to fix before it goes away again. This could be a Windows 11 22H2 error but im not sure as vanilla windows 11 seemed to work fine.

nah not normal but instead of unplugging just shutdown and restart
havent really seen that with the pioneers but here it is.
im guessing your have another issue not related to makemkv
