ASUS BW-16D1HT No serial number after flashing

Hello,
I have a problem with my ASUS BW-16D1HT. After attempting to update my firmware to version 3.10 using the BW-16D1HT FW Updater After, attempting to update my firmware to version 3.10, launched MakeMKV i had to realize that no serial number was being displayed to me anymore in makemkv. Also, no DVDs or Blu-rays were recognized anymore. Does anyone have any advice?

How did you update it dos flash?

Show us the drive top label link It with imgur or similar don't attach it here just post the link as site is slow and low on space

yes i can send drive cal data in a bin

the drive looks real but if it was built in 2024 it should have had 3.11 not 3.10

do you remember what the drive info was before fw version or date?

you should know though that flashing with cal data will require dos flash
so a 32bit os and sata ide mode
