Try letting windows load the DVD first then open makemkv

Still no luck, it is stuck at this scanning process and the drive went to idle state after some time.
Btw i also can't play the DVD using VLC but i have tried to use a trial DVD rip software that allow all region read and it seem fine.
This mean that my All Region is not really working or enable.
Try using both USB cables if your not already
