Hi All
First time poster here
I have a LG UH12NS30 with a sticker showing ROM Version 1.03 on it
I have not yet put it in my W10 PC
Will it work as a Libre Drive or do I need to flash the ROM
If I do can anyone point me to a good how to?
I do have a copy of MakeMKV and I did by A licence key for it
(good software needs paid help)
I do hope some on can give me a helping hand

Re: LG UH12NS30 Libre Drive - Can It Work ?
Hi
I have the same question of the same drive.
When I launch Makemkv and it starts to read the Bluray this is the message..
MakeMKV v1.14.2 win(x64-release) started
Using direct disc access mode
LibreDrive firmware support is not yet available for this drive (id=D1C17F787A5D)
At startup i get this message from MKV..
I have tried searching for the same answer but I have yet to find a clear answer. So if you get a positive reply I will be delighted!

i believe support started with the newer NS40 drives, so i would say no. your drive will not read UHD Discs.
