The first 4 can be flashed if the firmware on them is older than Dec.2022.
Ok, Thank you. Guess I will need to get them flash when they get here.
Looks like I will be getting a BDR-209XJB 2014 and a BDR-209BK 2017, not positive about the firmware though.
Take the risk. These drives will get more expensive the longer you wait.

Not sure if these are real drives or fakes. Drive 1: This should read Drive platform RS8600, not R38600. Also GENE as firmware version is fishy. I send you a PM to try to flash it. Drive 2: The firmware version is too new to flash. Also there the firmware should read RS8600 and not R$8600.

Sorry, this has probably been answered before, but

these are my settings, I have tried SDFTool flasher, and i see MT1959 platform is with a red x (disabled i assume), and i get the same error message when i try to write a firmware to the drive ( ASUS-BW-16D1H-U-A204-WM01001-211901041044 ).

Is there anything to do, or is the drive not possible to use for this? thanks for all answers i can get, i have read and read and read, and i see that some users might say in private that it works :)

Thank you. I tried to reply to your pm.

It appears that they are real pioneers drives. I may try to get another. Only problem is I can’t verify firmware until I get it.
