Hi Forum, I don't have a BDR-209DBK available yet, but plan on buying one.
So I cannot post the makemkv-info and the seller won't provide this.
So my question:
Is there something to consider when buy a BDR-209DBK?
It seems to be manufactured in early 2015 - can ALL variants of this drive get flashed to accept/rip UHDs?
Thanks a lot,

Most likely a no-brainer. Be careful if the seller is in China. A lot of fakes are sold from there.

Great thanks - it is not from china, so I try get my hands on it and then I probably should contact @Billycar11, right?
Can I expect better results from this drive, than from a Verbatim 43888/BU40N (only one in two discs rips without errors)?

You can contact Billy or myself for flashing. Pioneers are the best rippers but limited to 4x speed for UHD.

Great - better slow, than no usable result
I come back to you, when I have the drive and the information available.
