Hello all! I need to RMA an LG BP60NB10 drive that I put patched firmware on. As I understand, if I send in the drive with the updated firmware, they may deny the RMA. I've been searching around here and on Google for a copy of the original firmware to flash back onto it, but haven't been able to find it anywhere. LG's website doesn't even list the model properly, so they don't have the firmware available. Does anyone have a copy of the stock BP60NB10 firmware, or can point me in the direction of where I could find it?
Thanks!

Try the original LG Auto Updater.

It would be very helpful if you actually told us what firmware you put on it or posted the MakeMKV drive info & libredrive info sections!!Tyyrus wrote: ↑Fri Apr 04, 2025 2:36 pmHello all! A search for "original firmware flashers" will lead you to the thread I created ages ago: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=24443
They are old but they are the original LG flashers. Also, the BP60NB10 flasher would be for the SVC NB10, not the SVC NB12. Can't help you with the SVC NB12.
I think LG have software (or at least they used to) that you install which can update the firmware for you.
Cheers

I tried searching for the LG firmware downloader. The LG website itself doesn't have any downloads for the model that I could find. I did find a link to some files on the hitachi-lg site at https://hitachi-lg.com/en/support/firmw ... load/?v=11 but the firmware download link is broken and gives me a "file not found" error in Korean, and the "Auto Firmware Download" program just gives me a "This program can not run on your operating system" error (I'm on Windows 11). I tried running it in compatibility mode with a bunch of different older Windows versions but no luck.
If anyone has the SVC NB12 firmware, or a link to an updater that might work with that model, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks for the help!
