PIONEER Product: BD-RW BDR-X13U - Is it supported

Post by gator968 »

Hi All,

Been trying to figure out how to rip my disks with my new Pioneer, as opposed to my old asus. Makemkv shows that LibreDrive is possible but not enabled, however re-powering device and/or restarting makemkv do not seem to help. Is there something simple I am missing? I tried a search but nothing in there that made sense to me appeared relevant.

TYIA!!!

Sorry man to new I recommend you return it.
We don't know when or if it will be supported.

For now I still have some with old fw if you want one new ones can not be flashed.

Thank you!!! I thought since it was a 2022 fw it may be ok, and its odd as it sees and reads the drive, unlike the other non compliant drives which basically show no disk :-(

And Billy, are those that you have the external version of the drive? I really like the form factor of this aio system more than my owc case I have on my asus (lg which was purchased long ago from someone on here)

Thanks again!!

Ehhh BEFORE Dec 2022. Duh, I got so tied up in other details and obscure VERY similar model numbers I missed simple reading comprehension. Billy, I’ve seen what you have listed as far as pioneer drives. I may be reaching out to you, or I will just keep this drive and “hope”. LOL
