Paid for key, never got email confirmation

Love the product and felt I should finally pay up. so I followed the link to pay for a key and it took me to Paypal, completed transaction and got a paypal receipt but no MakeMKV email with key.
And now I realize there is no contact information for any of this. Is there anyway to contact somebody to send me my key?

I think the current payment processor is PayPro Global. You should've gotten an email from them with your key.
Permanent license purchase
ETA for purchased key?
If you can't find the email in your spam folder or wherever, you should be able to do a support chat on their website and they'll send you the key again.

I purchased a key on 20.07.2025 with PayPal. I received the PayPal confirmation of my purchase, but have not received the key. I have checked all the spam filters and didn't find any MakeMKV confirmation or key

Contact the payment processor's support and they should be able to sort it out.
