Did not get my ordered Key

Hello,
i orderd a Key over the Website.
Payment was done over Paypal -> PPG Digital Sp. z o. o. on 02.07.24
Invoicenumber: 32403734
I also have an Transactioncode if you need.
But i never got an Key mailed.

First check with the payment people - you should have received a receipt from them. In the past, that has included the key; but I haven't dealt with them in a decade, so I cannot say.
You DID receive a receipt message, correct? Some email systems filter them out as "spam", so check your spam folder.

Quick Payment processing and Key
There are a few threads around the forum about license keys. Some people get the email right away. Some people seem to have to contact the payment processor's support team and then they get their key.
Like Woodstock, I've owned a licensed copy of MakeMKV for a while, so my experience is out of date. I
think you're supposed to get an email with the key right away (in minutes). If it doesn't end up in your spam folder or something, contacting the payment processor seems like the way to go based on what other's have posted to the forum.
